#Meditation: Effortless Relaxation

Episode 29:

To fall asleep, after sport or just because.

Relaxation is letting go without making an effort. No matter if you love guided relaxations or usually try to avoid them because you think you can’t relax. Give it one more chance and experience this completely natural way to sink into a deep regeneration and you’ll see that everything will come to you. We’ll let gravity do the work.

Enjoy this regeneration to fall asleep, go back to sleep when you wake up at night, after a fitness training or yoga or simply when you feel like it.
