This standing abs flow is inspired by tai chi like flow movement and my own personal study of body mechanics – specifically, the abs and how every movement gets support from a strong core.
With every twist, flexion and extension of your spine, every big arm movement, every deep breath throughout the day, you have the chance to keep your abs fit and defined and this routine creates the awareness needed to move from a strong core and support back health.
Don’t underestimate the effect of this standing abs routine! This is not the hardest abs training, but I’m not interested in hardness. Instead, I am fascinated by strength. This is about creating a strong and flexible core as well as a strong and flexible mind. As further benefits, this routine will support an upright posture, relaxed shoulders, a healthy back and harmonize the digestive system.
